Backorders, preorders, and bulk orders
Pre-orders
Pre-orders are orders placed on new collections or items of particular value, with payment, partial or total, at the time of ordering. Delivery takes place within 30 days to 5 months, better specified in each pre-order.
Taking into account the advance payment, These items are usually discounted between 15 and 20%, depending on the product.
The purpose of pre-ordering is, on the one hand, to benefit the customer by offering a wider choice of sizes and colors, while also benefiting from a better price.
On the other hand, it allows you to avoid overproduction of items and limit the quantity of goods in stock.
Since these are goods made/ordered specifically for the customer Returns/replacements are not possible.
The “right of withdrawal” therefore does not apply.
Backorder
Backorders they concern continuous products and allow you to order goods that are not available at the moment but which will be restocked in approximately 15 days, calculated from the 30th or 15th of each month.
In the event that, in the same order, there are immediately available items and items in “backorder”, l‘The order will be processed as soon as the latter are available.
If you need items urgently, we recommend placing separate orders.
Cumulative orders
It is possible to place an order and ask for it to be kept on hold (this way the items are reserved for the customer), waiting to add more products or items that have yet to arrive (for example pto get free shipping on all articles).
For bulk orders, follow these steps:
- place your first order;
- indicate the shipping address;
- pay and choose "pick up in store" as the shipping method (This way, no shipping costs will be charged.)
- When you wish, place an order for additional items and make the payment always indicating “in-store pickup“
- In the notes, indicate whether orders can be shipped or whether to wait for further additions
